A1: We specialize in manufacturing various garment accessories, including but not limited to: labels, pullers, drawstrings, O-rings, buttons, sleeve loops, hook & loop fasteners, cord locks, as well as nylon, resin, waterproof, and reflective zippers. With 6 departments and 8 workshops covering a complete process chain from injection molding, drip molding, printing, silicone, leather heat transfer to mold development, we are fully equipped to meet your comprehensive customization needs from design to finished product.

A2: Yes. We have an independent quality control lab that conducts rigorous tests such as tensile strength, washing resistance, and color fastness to ensure compliance with mainstream standards in European and American markets. We can provide relevant test reports upon request.

A3: The process is as follows: 1) You provide design drafts or specific requirements; 2) We evaluate the process and provide a quotation; 3) Upon your confirmation, our mold workshop creates the mold (sample molds are usually aluminum); 4) Our production team adjusts colors and produces samples; 5) Samples are shipped. The standard lead time for samples is 7-10 working days, depending on the complexity of the process.

A4: For the sampling stage, we use cost-effective and faster-to-produce aluminum molds to quickly validate the design. For mass production, we switch to more durable and long-lasting steel molds to ensure consistency and stability across large quantities.

A5: The sample fee typically covers the mold cost and material/labor costs. When you place a subsequent bulk order reaching the agreed quantity, we will refund the sample mold cost. Please consult our sales representatives for the detailed policy.

A6: The MOQ varies depending on the product and process. For standard items, the MOQ can be low. For customized products requiring new molds, a certain MOQ is required to amortize the mold cost. However, we always strive to offer flexible solutions - please feel free to inquire.

A7: Typically 15-30 days. The exact time depends on the order quantity, product complexity, and the current production schedule. We will provide a detailed production schedule upon order confirmation.

A9: We support various trade terms like FOB, CIF, EXW. Based on your needs, we can ship goods globally via sea freight, air freight, or international couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx).

A10: We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), commonly with a 30% deposit and the 70% balance paid before shipment. For long-term partners, we can discuss more flexible payment terms.
